Unfortunately some people are just not nice people. There is no excuse for someone to act the way she did. INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!

You just need to know that you did everything EXACTLY right!

As much as we'd like to, we can't change people and make them nice. All we can do is pray for them. I try to remember that things may not be going too well otherwise for them right now. Maybe she didn't mean to be rude but, other things got in the way.

You did NOTHING WRONG!!!! I would love to have a buyer that paid so quickly and I would have expected my items to be shipped just as quickly!
